- REPLACEMENT FILTERS SPA REV: This is a set of three original replacement filters for the Extract-All Salon Pure Air Revolution. These filters specifically adsorb submicron particulates and eliminate heavy chemical vapors generated by salon treatments with an innovative three-stage filtration technology. Our package includes 1 x Pleated Pre-filter, 1x Primary HEPA Filter, and 1 x Replacement Special Blend Carbon.
- FIRST FILTER: The first is the MERV 10 pleated pre-filter which has a low resistance to airflow & a high dust holding capacity. This first layer removes large particulates like dust, chemical powders, pollen, dead skin, etc. The pre-filters' primary purpose is to increase the lifetime of the subsequent filters. A MERV 10 efficiency provides the best balance between restriction and capture rate. Replace this filter every 3-4 months.
- SECOND FILTER: The second stage of filtration is accomplished by the primary HEPA filter. These High-Efficiency Particulate Air filters are designed to trap 99.97% of particles suspended in the air, down to 0.3 microns in size as well as most larger particles, especially spores, dust, pollen, mold, and some forms of bacteria. This high capture rate ensures the air being emitted from our Nail Salon Air Purifier is as clean as can be.
- THIRD FILTER: The third filter in the Salon Pure Air Revolution is the Refillable Chemical Adsorption Module that holds 10 lbs. of Activated Carbon blend. Replace the old contents of this refillable module with the new Activated Carbon Blend. Activated Carbon filters adsorb odors, vapors, and gasses from smoke, chemicals, nail-paints, and other volatile organic compounds. Replace the Activated Carbon every 6-12 months.
- FOR SAFER SALONS: Nail technicians are exposed daily to toxic chemicals that often appear in common nail care products. Nail technicians breathe in these fumes and dust formed in the process, which is extremely harmful to their health. These replacement filters are crucial in filtering the toxic particulates and vapors. Replace these filters within appropriate times to ensure a safe environment for your team.
