Personal Information is defined as any information about you including: your contact details; employment, salary, education history; information obtained through reference checks; background checks; skill testing results; observed performance; and interview notes prepared Get Fillip, Inc. representatives and their client(s).

You consent to the disclosure of your personal information and resume to our clients during the recruitment and screening process.

You further consent to the retention of your personal information by Get Fillip, Inc. for two years.

Get Fillip, Inc. has created secure, encrypted folders to safeguard your personal information to assure it will not be inadvertently disclosed or stolen.

In the event that you wish to withdraw your consent to the use, disclosure and retention of your personal information, it is your responsibility to inform Get Fillip, Inc. in writing, at which time you will be informed by Get Fillip, Inc. whether and how such withdrawal will affect the services being provided to you.
